Full Stack Developer
Do you want to become part of an entrepreneurial team with young, motivated and extremely driven people? Do you share our ambition to improve the world and solve important challenges through technology and innovation? If so, you might be FOODOP’s new full stack developer.
Our mission is to reduce food waste by enabling foodservice companies (e.g., canteens, caterers, restaurants and hotels) to plan more accurately and improve the quality of their menus. We do so through FOODOP, which is a smart menu planning and tracking platform that is enriched by data from specialised IoT scales.

We offer hands-on experience building and scaling a SaaS platform. As you would expect from a fast-growing start-up, you will enjoy a wide variety of responsibilities and get a high level of autonomy and project ownership. Thereby, also the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, whilst being supported by a strong team and day-to-day advisors.
We are looking for an important team player who will work closely with our CTO Christian Borkenfelt on further developing the FOODOP web portal and a wide range of backend microservices incl. e.g., data processing algorithms and recommendation engines.
Christian has previously headed the development of a social media app and before joining FOODOP, he spent three years as a consultant at McKinsey Digital. Software (and hardware) development is further supported by the electrical engineering consultancy Move Innovation who is also a partner in FOODOP.
